Reed Walker —
Co-Founder & President

Reed combines over a decade of experience in the mental and behavioral health field with a lifelong love of theatre. His work focuses on transforming performance spaces into inclusive environments where neurodivergent individuals, families, and artists can thrive. He also serves

as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Luna Family Autism.

Rachel Petmecky —
Co-Founder & Director of Education

Rachel has more than ten years of experience designing specialized services for individuals with sensory needs. Her background in behavioral therapy, clinical diagnostics, and sensory

program development informs Sensory Stages’ research-driven, expert-led approach to training and consulting.

Together, they’re building a world where every performance, exhibit, and event welcomes everyone.
